Can I personalize a preset?
Yes. Add names, ages, wording and selected colours. Bigger structural changes become a custom project.
Where do you ship?
Physical Holiday Made products ship within Canada only at launch. Ottawa-area customers can use local pickup, with local delivery where offered.
Are all physical models custom painted?
Yes. Every physical model includes the required standard custom-paint charge of $29.95. Detailed painting is available from +$49.95 or by quote.
How do custom orders work?
Send your idea and references, receive a free initial mockup and quote, use the included free revision if needed, approve, pay, then production begins.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact Holiday Made within 7 days with photos of the item and packaging so the issue can be reviewed for repair, replacement or reprint.
What is an STL file?
An STL is a digital 3D model file used for 3D printing. Digital-only orders have no painting charge.
