Canada-first launch

Physical Holiday Made products ship within Canada only at launch. Ottawa-area customers can use local pickup, with local delivery available where offered.

Timing

• Personalized STL / digital: allow up to 2 business days.
• Ottawa custom-painted physical orders: typically about 6–8 business days.
• Elsewhere in Canada: production and shipping are shown separately.
• Detailed custom work: timing is confirmed before payment.

Painting/finishing adds a minimum of 4–5 business days to the base physical-production window.
